Job description
The Customer Service Representative – Sales Focus is responsible for managing client and prospect communications while supporting sales activities, service coordination, and payment processing related to our real estate services.
This role acts as a first point of contact for inquiries, service requests, and payment-related follow-ups. In addition to supporting sales conversations, the representative ensures that incoming payments are received, processed, and recorded accurately, and that approved payouts are coordinated in line with completed services or property-related activities.
Training is provided. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, supporting sales efforts, and handling structured operational tasks.
- Respond to client and prospect inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Support sales efforts by providing service information, scheduling consultations, and assisting with onboarding new clients.
- Receive and process customer payments (accounts receivable) for services, property fees, or related transactions.
- Coordinate approved payouts (accounts payable) to agents, vendors, or partners once services are completed.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances in a professional and service-oriented manner.
- Assist with basic administrative and coordination tasks tied to sales and customer support workflows.
- Escalate complex issues or discrepancies to senior team members when needed.
Experience & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required — training will be provided.
- Interest in sales, customer relations, or real estate operations is a plus.
- Organized, dependable, and able to follow structured processes.
- Comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid environment.
