Job description
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational execution across property management, advisory services, and internal workflows. A major focus of this role is managing the flow of incoming and outgoing payments in alignment with operational activities, approved budgets, and service delivery.
This role ensures that payments are received, processed, tracked, and released accurately, while coordinating closely with property agents, vendors, and internal teams. The Operations Manager serves as the bridge between execution, finance coordination, and leadership oversight.
Training is provided to align the role with SM Global Home’s systems and processes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational workflows across properties, projects, and client services.
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable, ensuring payments are received on time and properly recorded.
- Coordinate accounts payable, ensuring vendors, agents, and partners are paid accurately and in line with approved scopes and timelines.
- Maintain operational and financial tracking systems to reflect payment status, service delivery, and performance metrics.
- Prepare regular operational and payment status reports for leadership review.
- Support compliance with internal controls, approval workflows, and documentation standards.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Project Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in operations, coordination, or management is helpful but not required — training will be provided.
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities.
- Clear communication skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and partners.
