This role acts as the central point of coordination between clients, property agents, vendors, and internal teams to ensure payments are received, processed, recorded, and tracked correctly. - Maintain clear records of invoices, receipts, payment confirmations, and supporting documentation.
- Work closely with property agents and internal teams to confirm services delivered before payments are released.
- Update internal tracking systems and reports to reflect payment status, project progress, and financial activity.
- Escalate discrepancies, delays, or approval issues to senior team members when necessary.
