In the UAE, he served as a consultant to Emaar Properties, advising on project planning, risk management, and process optimization for large-scale real estate developments. In North America, he worked with TD Bank, providing program management consulting, strategic planning, and performance monitoring to support major financial and operational initiatives. His consulting work involved close collaboration with senior executives and cross-functional teams in highly regulated and fast-paced environments.
Earlier in his career, Carlos held roles supporting project governance, portfolio management, and operational planning, helping organizations improve efficiency, reduce risk, and achieve business objectives. His professional background demonstrates a strong ability to combine strategic oversight with practical, results-driven project execution.
Carlos Javier holds a Master’s degree from the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto in Canada. His education at leading North American and UK institutions, combined with his international professional experience, has shaped a global perspective on project management, strategic execution, and organizational effectiveness.
