Minho Kim is the Chief Executive Officer of SM Global Home, where he is responsible for setting the company’s strategic vision, overseeing global operations, and driving long-term growth across its real estate and distribution platforms. As CEO, Minho works closely with the board and executive leadership team to guide corporate strategy, expand market presence, and ensure operational excellence across all business units.

Over the course of his career, Minho Kim has built extensive experience in real estate development, distribution strategy, and executive leadership. He has led and advised organizations on market expansion, operational optimization, and large-scale strategic initiatives, with a strong focus on sustainable growth and value creation.

Prior to joining SM Global Home, Minho gained international consulting experience working with real estate and distribution companies in South Korea and Canada. In South Korea, he advised leading real estate development and logistics firms on market strategy, asset optimization, and operational efficiency. In Canada, he worked as a consultant to national distribution and real estate organizations, supporting expansion planning, supply chain strategy, and cross-border business development initiatives. His consulting work involved close collaboration with senior executives and stakeholders across multiple industries.

Earlier in his career, Minho held advisory and leadership roles where he supported corporate strategy, business transformation, and growth planning for companies operating in competitive and evolving markets. His professional background reflects a strong ability to bridge strategic vision with practical execution across international environments.

Minho Kim holds a Master’s degree from Columbia University in the United States and earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto in Canada. His academic training at top-tier North American institutions, combined with his international professional experience, has shaped a global perspective on leadership, real estate development, and distribution-driven growth.
